As you will know Interphase is a small business with a tightly knit team. We want to share with you what we are doing in response to the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic in order to ensure service continuity for all our clients.
Our two priorities right now are providing continued and uninterrupted service to our clients and maintaining the safety and well-being of our team.
To ensure that this is possible we have done the following:
For our website clients our server and hosting infrastructure has not changed and we continue to provide all support as we did prior to the CoVid-19 outbreak.
For our design & print clients we continue to provide the best design service, even if we are working remotely. All team members have all the software and ability to produce the highest levels of artwork possible.
The challenges of social distancing can create issues not normally seen in a team environment. To address the possible negative effects of social distancing, we are holding regular video calls so that we can see each others smiles (apart from Andy), and allow for efficient sharing of project status, and more importantly team morale.
Our customer service, we hope should not be compromised by the changes we are having to make in day to day operations, however, we would like to thank you for your understanding in case there is a delay in getting a question answered due to issues outside our control.

CoVid-19 has caused an unprecedented global situation and it will take all of us some time until we get fully used to that situation and the possible unwanted effects of the pandemic.
